Shattered Heaven is a mecha animated series based loosely off the novel series by Adam Tilford. The animation is a sequel to the third novel "Serenade for the Wind" and picks up after the final war for humanity's survival has ended.
The united government, known as the United Generation of Earth has been taken over by Gail Contandino after his group, Orbis defeated Lucius Malum 5 months prior. Gail believes that in order to keep peace running fluidly amongst the people of both Earth and Mars there should be a group monitoring the actions of any potential threat. The Angels Independent Special forces was formed shortly after his initial swearing into office. Unfortunately for Gail, there are remnants from the past who disagree with his ideas and prepare to make them known.
Adam Novus, the hero who defeated Lucius Malum during the battle of Prometheus has taken a different route after the ashes of chaos settled. Moving back to Earth alongside Sharon Amare he aims to practice what he considers a normal life. However, the winds of conflict have different plans.
Act 1 "Dratted Days of Delusion"
It's been months since Lucius Malum was defeated at Prometheus. The current leader of the world is preparing to make his own announcement, one that will shake the foundation of life itself.
The battle in Manhattan continues as Adam arrives in time to save Sharon from the battle. Things intensify as he is quickly outnumbered.
